Instructions:
1) Please choose 1/2 hour time block below – you must register each student individually.
2) Enter the parent’s information first and then the student’s information below that.
3) You will receive a confirmation email from sendgrid.net with a link to cancel or reschedule if needed
4) Middle and Highschool students are responsible to come to the camera room(s) at their scheduled appointment time
5) Elementary families – arrive at your scheduled time block. You may have to wait in a brief line while we work through everyone.
