UHC Yearbook Portraits FAQ

No - as long as you schedule your session during one of the available times on campus.

If you need to schedule a different time, please contact the studio directly to schedule a private session for $50 sitting fee.

  1. Arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of your scheduled time block.
  2. The assistant will give you your camera card(s).
  3. You may have to wait in a brief line as we work through the families scheduled in your time block.
  4. One of our two photographers will take your photos.
  5. You will be notified when your pictures are ready to view.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please click the link in the confirmation email you received when you booked.  To reschedule your appointment to another available time slot, please visit the original booking page by clicking here to schedule another time.

In order for your student's portrait to be printed in the yearbook, you must have an official yearbook portrait taken.

The yearbook staff will not accept any "self-submissions" this year.

All sessions this year, including the seniors, are on UHC campus.

Please enter through the carline door.

You can schedule a private session at Shining Star Studios for $25 sitting fee.  The studio is located right around the corner from campus.

The studio will choose the best portrait from the session to go in the yearbook.

Each child must be registered separately. To be fair to every student, we cannot double or triple-book our photographers for one session in a timeslot.  If you have three children, you must book an available slot for each one of them.
